72nd Annual Brother Mathias
Celebration of Faith and Service

Friday, March 17th 4 pm-8 pm
DINNER EVENT!

A History of the Celebration

Every year since Brother Mathias founded Good Shepherd Center in 1951, St. Patrick's Day has signified the celebration of both Brother Mathias' birthday and Good Shepherd Center's ministry to the community.

The Celebration of Faith and Service Corned Beef and Cabbage Dinner is historically a chance for us to give thanks for all the support our community has shown those most in need through the Good Shepherd Center. For the first time since 2019 we are hosting a LIVE EVENT! Join us for a night of food, fun, and remembrance!

Then and Now

Even though Brother Mathias is no longer with us, we carry on his tradition of respect for all people through ministry to those in need of shelter, respite, recovery, clothing, or food.
We come together to celebrate not just what he did for the community, but also the community that reaches out to help their neighbors
